I finally get it!

Father Brian has done a wonderful job of making this book easy to read and understand. I tried reading True Devotion to Mary and couldn't finish. This book really has done an excellent job of encouraging the reader to not be overly concerned with "am I doing this right? Am I praying hard enough?". The spiritual exercise are not complicated and have been such a blessing.

Wonderful Combination

Fr. Brian McMaster does a wonderful job bringing together Sacred Scripture, John Paul II writings, St. Louis de Montfort writings and other Church documents to deepen the understanding of our relationship with God through Mary and to experience a deeper communion with God. His practical structure and guidelines allow the person to stay focus on how God is making himself present at that moment and how to put into practice what one is receiving. This consecration to Jesus through Mary has been one of the most fruitful spiritual readings I have encountered. I highly recommend this book and I deeply thank Father Brian for having the courage of taking a spiritual classic and making it more relevant to the people today.

great explanation of consecration

This book does a great job of explaining consecration to Jesus through Mary for a "typical Catholic". It doesn't have the "inside language" and over-enthusiasm that plague most books of this sort.
